Description: 40 Yard Camp: twicethespeed.com/yt-40-yard This is a video that we pulled out of our 40 Yard Workout. We used to have people pay for this, but we decided to give it to you for Free! Coach Cascio goes over the single tip on how you should train for your 40 yard dash! There are two types of runners, athletes that start off fast and get slower, and athletes that start slow and get faster. If you are an athlete that starts off fast then gets slower, you should be doing more closed chain exercises. For example: Broad Jumps, Tuck Jumps, Rockets Jumps, or squats. Now, if you start slow and then get faster then you need to be doing fast twitch exercises. For example: Quick Feet Lateral, Quick Feet Forward, Quick Feet Alternate, and Wideouts. We do show some of these exercises in the video who are demonstrated by Coach CJ (Chris James, Former D1 Running Back). Coach CJ will be running the 40 Yard Dash Camp in July. This camp is for players who want to drop their 40 yard time within just 30 days! Make sure to claim your spot for the camp here: twicethespeed.com/yt-40-yard If you want more 40 yard and Football training, head over to our TTS Football YouTube Channel: twicethespeed.com/footballsub Subscribe to this channel here: twicethespeed.com/SubToday
